Ingredients:
- 1/2 small watermelon, hollowed out to yield 3 cups finely chopped watermelon (reserve rind to serve as a bowl)
- 1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- 2-3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Pour ingredients into hollowed out watermelon rind. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
