1-1/2 to 2 hours
- 1-1/2 to 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 block (10-12 oz.) pepper jack cheese
- 1 jar (16 oz.) salsa
- 1 container (48 oz.) great northern beans
Bake or boil chicken until fully cooked. Shred chicken with a fork.
Cut pepper jack cheese into 1/2-inch cubes. Add all ingredients, including liquid from beans, to large crock pot and cook on high, stirring occasionally, until hot.
Serve with scoops tortilla chips, if desired.
