Ingredients:

  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bag (2 lbs) frozen hash browns

Directions:

Blend first six ingredients and pour over frozen hash brown potatoes in a well-greased 9" x 13" pan.
