Ingredients:

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-1/4 cups sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions:

Put chopped rhubarb in greased pie pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over rhubarb. Bake.
