If you are a Farm Tap customer, or if our meter readers are unable to access your meter, we will request that you read the meter and provide the reading to us.
Reading your natural gas meter is as easy as reading a clock. The dials, which look like little clocks, alternately run clockwise and counterclockwise. Reading from left to right, just write down the last number the needle has passed. The difference between the new reading and the last one is your monthly natural gas use.
