PLEASE NOTE: The Application for New Service should be completed at least three weeks prior to beginning construction. Before service can be installed, the service installation requirements need to be met.

Winter construction charges will apply to any installation made between December 1 and April 1 if the request was not ready for construction prior to November 30. This charge is in addition to any excess footage, abnormal construction conditions or main extension costs. The winter construction charge will not apply if the customer requests service and all conditions (i.e., building foundation present, backfilled to grade, no obstructions to hinder installation and road prepared for gas main to be installed) required for service installation are met prior to November 30.
