To ensure timely installation of your natural gas service, please submit a completed
online service application
at least one week before any excavation. This will allow us time to obtain the required permits, locate any
underground facilities, and process the required paperwork needed to install the service. Before services
and meters can be installed, the following conditions must be met:
- The construction site and building foundation must be back-filled to within 3 inches of final grade.
- The service route is to be cleared of brush, building materials, etc., within 10 feet on each side.
- The gas meter location must be clearly marked.
- Easements need to be signed and on file with us, if applicable.
- All service installation charges must be paid.
