• Home Energy Excellence Program
  The Home Energy Excellence Program provides support to builders for improving the energy efficiency of homes.
• New Construction Rebates
  Rebates are available for the installation of energy-efficient natural gas equipment, appliances and set-back thermostats in newly constructed homes to be served by Minnesota Energy Resources.
• Low Income New Construction Rebates
  Minnesota Energy Resources supports non-profit organizations such as a Community Action Program and Habitat for Humanity by offering Low Income New Construction Rebates.
